Having a good pre workout drink is essential for getting that extra boost of energy for your workouts. If you’re doing any kind of weight lifting, it can help you lift more and for longer.
I’ve taken a lot of pre workouts and I’ve kind of built a passion for trying out and finding what the best pre-workout drink is.
There are a lot of things to consider when looking for a drink for before working out.
Some people don’t like caffeine or too much caffeine in their drink. Other people want a minimum amount of caffeine for theirs. I’ve tried them all and I can help guide you depending on what you’re looking for.

Top 10 Pre-Workouts Review & Comparison
After 7 years of working out, I thought there would never be the perfect pre workout. And maybe there never will be but I never thought I would find one that is clearly the best out of all.
I found it in Pre-Kaged. I’ve never had pumps like I have now and I’ve never been able to train so hard for so long. I have so much more endurance and I can do so much more volume.
I follow Julian Smith’s Daily Pump program which is amazing and a lot of times he has a lot of volume or just really hard workouts. When I take pre-kaged, I’ll finish the workout strong and feel like I could go even longer.

Transparent labs is competing with Pre-kaged for the top spot for sure. They also are adamant about transparent ingredient labels; hence, their name.
They have three different pre-workouts which is great. One for bulking, one for cutting, and one that’s stimulant free. They even have a stack you can buy that gives you all three.

Quick Note
The Gold Standard is a solid product. I would recommend trying this if you’ve never tried a pre-workout before.
C4 has been around since I got into working out over 7 years ago. The original is still fantastic and they’ve come out with quite a few options now.
There is C4 Ripped which is probably their second most popular item. There’s C4 Ultimate and C4 Extreme which are both great too.
They just came out with their Sport Series but I’ve yet to try it.

I used to take Mr. Hyde all the time. And sometimes I would stack it with Dr. Jekyll and that was amazing. The problem was you had to buy two products which would make it around $70 dollars.
They got with it and made Mr. Hyde good for pumps too. Dr. Jekyll was stimulant free and more for the pump so I like what they did here.
